Terms of Service

General
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms listed.
I will not be taking Mecha and hate art.
I am open to take on nsfw and furry art to expand my portfolio!I reserve the right not to accept your order without any further explanation.For more detailed or complex characters/designs, I will quote accordingly.
Please provide clear references + descriptions of character(s).
I can work around your budget as pay-what-you-get but it will not be sub-par.
Terms/prices may change over time but it will not affect previous orders.

Payment/Refunds/Cancellations
Payment to be made in USD through Stripe or Ko-fi.
Prices here are inclusive of processing charges.
I will send an invoice after discussion.

Preferably a deposit of half of the estimated quote/amount to be made for orders above $100.
For orders below $100, payment must be made before I start.

Before I send the final files over, the final payment must be made.
Kill fee will be calculated according to the progress of work against the estimated quote.
If I cannot complete your commission before the 50% completion mark due to personal issues; I will notify you and a full refund will be made.

Image Rights
I, as the artist, retain all rights to the artwork.
Such as for self promotion and portfolio.
Clients may use the artwork for personal use. However are not allowed to use it for commercial use (sell merchandise or to profit), alter or edit, remove watermarks, or assume credit for producing it.
For commercial usage, from branding to selling of merch, will be discussed further.
Clients may not use/improve the WIP in any way.
Clients are not allowed to use work in AI and NFTs.
Clients are allowed to post completed commissions with credit.
Failure in respecting the above will result in being blacklisted.

Workflow

The time stated to complete a commission is just an estimate based on my current schedule.
For custom orders whose styles or output are not like what I usually do, the process/timeline will vary; I will update accordingly.

I will first discuss with the client about the deliverables and mode of payment. Once it is all agreed upon, I will start working on the order.

If I do not receive a response from the client about a commission related query, I will put the commission on hold.
I will update in 3-4 parts. Client is required to acknowledge the process before I proceed to the subsequent part. All WIP sent will have my watermark on it.
Parts example:
a) Sketch of character/composition.
b) Line Art.
c) Colour+Render.
d) Finishing touches.
Minor edits (eg. tint, size, small pose) right up to part C of the WIP will be adjusted. However, any major edits/revisions such as pose or extra elements will not be entertained or it will be charged an additional fee based on what kind of work it is.
I will try to portray the character as close to references provided. Due to style/artistic liberty there might be slight variation.
Upon completion, I will send, PNG and JPEG ( or a format of your choice) of the art/work through google drive, BUT not the working files.
